Dr. Jan offers strategic counseling to help clients achieve a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle by sharing the following information:1. What eating plant-based really means and why it’s so healthy.2. How plant-based nutrition can be healthier and more effective than medications when treating many common diseases.3. Strategies to easily transition from the Standard American Diet to a plant-based diet.4. Simple plant-based recipes that are easy to make and taste amazing. Now offering telehealth nutrition services.
Dr. Niki Davis began eating plant based as a teenager but realized that, oftentimes, she was not following a healthy whole food diet. Through personal research, she learned that a whole food plant based lifestyle is the healthy way to approach nutrition for herself and her family. In fact, it was so important to her it was the reason she decided to go from being a “rocket scientist” (she previously worked as a mechanical engineer on the Space Shuttle program) to a family and lifestyle medicine board certified MD, graduating from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2017. She obtained a plant based nutrition certificate from eCornell, assisted Dr. John McDougall and Dr. Anthony Lim during a McDougall live-in program and completed an internship at True North Health Center with mentors Dr. Alan Goldhamer and Dr. Michael Klaper. She has had great success helping her patients prevent and reverse chronic (lifestyle related) disease through lifestyle change, notably through a plant based diet. After completing her residency in June 2020, her mission has been focused on treating patients via telemedicine, virtual wellness retreats and, eventually, in-person retreats in different locations around the world.

Hello! I’m Dr. Dipika Pandit! I’m a physician with Lifestyle Medical, and I’m passionate about empowering my patients to take control of their health and improve their lives through lifestyle changes.
At Lifestyle Medical, our care is designed to not only help you get your health back, but also to avoid problems in the first place. Through this approach, I’ll take the time to equip you with the insights and activities you need to live a life of wellness. Together, we’ll focus on nourishment, movement, stress management, sleep and healthy relationships to keep you in a rhythm of well-being.
I can help bring clarity to what’s really causing your health problems.
Chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or chronic pain can really sap the life out of you. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Many of my patients have reversed the trajectory of their conditions, reduced or eliminated medication intake and regained their freedom.
Your physical and mental health are intrinsically connected.
I’ll help you work through your feelings and thought patterns. I employ a total mind and body health approach that’s geared toward building resilience and support systems so you can get back to feeling like yourself again.
I understand the importance (and difficulty) of staying motivated!
Being in a supportive community has tremendous power to bring about change. When you begin your journey toward better health with Lifestyle Medical, you’ll walk hand-in-hand with others who are on the same health journey through weekly support groups, video chats and our members-only Facebook group. You’ll share your successes and setbacks with people who are on similar paths, set goals and find encouragement, learn practical skills, and draw inspiration from your new community. Our team includes a health coach and nutritionist who will educate and encourage you along the way.
I’m available for you whenever and wherever you need me.
When you’re sick, you shouldn’t have to wait weeks to see a doctor. I purposefully limit the number of patients that I look after, so you can count on me being available when you need me, whether during the day, after hours, in person, virtually, or by phone or messaging.
I’m passionate about sharing my expertise in Lifestyle Medicine and the use of nutrition to prevent and reverse many health issues, including diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, hypertension, certain types of cancer, memory problems and more. Your first consultation with me is free so you can get a feel for our practice and approach. When you join our family, we commit to giving you the tools and care you need to get your health back and participate in the life you want again.

Read more…Foundational to my approach to dermatology is an understanding of how underlying states of health and disease manifest in the skin. Because I want my patients to not only look their best, but feel their best too, I take a holistic approach to optimizing the health and quality of the skin by also addressing the wellbeing of what lies beneath it. How? By including a discussion of the most effective, evidence-based, AND side-effect-free way to prevent and reverse inflammation and chronic disease — following a whole-food, plant-based diet! Why? Because I want my patients’ immune systems to not be so busy fighting dietary inflammation that they are prepared and able to stop new cancers themselves so my cancer-removing skills aren’t needed.
After doing a CO2 laser procedure to really turn-back-the-clock, I know that my patients following a plant based diet will have the added benefit of clear arteries to supply all the powerful antioxidants circulating from their meals filled with greens, beans, berries, and seeds to continuously support the newly-formed collagen from the inside-out. Additionally, whole-food, plant-based diets are unparalleled in their ability to boost fat loss while enabling lean muscle gain. This is particularly exciting for our patients seeking to jump-start their weight loss through CoolSculpting or increase their strength with the TruSculpt Flex as a whole-food, plant-based diet will not only help with immediate results, but help sustain a healthy weight and strong physique for years to come.

[Trī-māz-ing] :three times better than amazing Cindy wants you to be Trimazing—three times better than amazing!
After improving her health and fitness through plant-based nutrition, losing 60 pounds and becoming an adult-onset athlete, she retired from her 20-year firefighting career to help people just like you. She works with people and organizations so they can reach their health and wellness goals.
Shortly after her father died from blood cancer in 2008, her state designated blood and other cancers as presumptive illnesses for professional firefighters, prompting Cindy to research how to reduce her personal cancer risk. She discovered that a whole food, plant-based vegan diet that eliminated the consumption of animal products could be key to her health and cancer prevention. Without going on a diet and just putting better fuel (food) into her body, Cindy dropped 60 pounds, 7 uniform pants sizes, 3 uniform shirt sizes, and dropped her cholesterol and blood pressure readings in one year.
Beyond looking better, her fitness level soared, and gave her new energy she could not contain. At the age of 38, Cindy became an adult onset athlete, competing and medaling in marathons, triathlons, open water swim races, and endurance events! Best of all, she’s been able to maintain this without dieting or feeling deprived!
Her fire department was so impressed by her transformation that they put her in charge of the newly formed Wellness Fitness Initiative, a collaborative program between the International Association of Firefighters and International Association of Fire Chiefs. Cindy is a decorated Fire Captain and paramedic, awarded Firefighter of the Year and Oregon State Paramedic of the Year. As part of the prestigious Executive Fire Officer Program at the U.S. Fire Academy, Cindy published original research on firefighter and public health and safety.
Our health and wellness is closely tied to the health of our environment. Cindy incorporates zero-waste and sustainable practices throughout her programs. You’ll see it IS easy being green!
Now that she’s retired from the fire service, Cindy shares her knowledge, experience, infectious enthusiasm for food, health, and fitness as a certified Health Coach, Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Firefighter Peer Fitness Trainer through Trimazing! Health & Lifestyle Coaching. She is a Food for Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Harvard Medical School Culinary Coach, and Rouxbe Plant-Based Professional, teaching people how to prepare delicious, satisfying, and health-promoting meals. You can find Cindy at Trimazing! Vegan Health & Lifestyle Coaching and be reached at cindy@trimazing.com.
