As a health practitioner and nutritionist, Cassidy has helped her clients reverse disease through focusing on foods and lifestyle choices. She specializes in autoimmune disease, infertility, and heart disease preventions and reversals. She also works with clients on food addiction and healthy food relationships. She has extensive experience in a one-on-one coaching and group coaching, including working with entire families and children.
Cassidy offers private one-on-one coaching, which include in depth education sessions and a personalized health plan, including exclusive recipes and meal planning. This also includes a grocery shopping session which will help to educate in a hands on shopping environment of your choice.
