I am a Certified Food Food for Life Instructor, teaching evidence-based plant-based cooking and nutrition classes, and helping people one-on-one to transition to a whole foods, plant-based diet. I conduct Lunch & Learns, workshops and classes are at our community college, public venues and corporations. I do speaking engagements on the benefits of a plant-based diet, and was a featured speaker at the Omaha Health Expo.
I am the Vice President of a non-profit, Lifestyle Health Alliance, and am involved in planning its “Healthy for a Lifetime” conference in Omaha in October, 2019, featuring keynotes by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and Dr. T. Colin Campbell.
