Personally, I am committed as a fat-free vegan to communicating the importance of “nurturing” to everyone’s well-being, regardless of their current diet.
After a diagnosis of PAD my wife and I visited Dr Esselstyn at the Cleveland Clinic as an alternative to stents. I am recovering from HPV mediated oropharynx, squamous cell carcinoma. We embraced a low-fat vegan diet on St Patrick’s Day 2014 and are feeling “nurtured” and blissful.
