I have experienced, first hand, what a WFPB lifestyle does to improve my health and my life and I feel like I’m “every person”. My story is not remarkable. I’m like so many people in this country who are tired of feeling that there has to be something more than a steady decline and acceptance of that decline in health as I age. So many people want to change but don’t know where to start. There’s great information out there, but how do you incorporate that into your daily life?I teach people how to eat..sounds simple, but it’s not. We’re taught how to eat the SAD from the moment food is placed into our mouths as children. I teach people how to eat WFPB by learning about their current lifestyle, support system, cooking skills and then work with them to make the changes they seek. I take them grocery shopping, cook with them and support them as they transition. I help people get from where they are, to where they want to be.
