Since I was a child all the other kids thought I was weird because I did not like all the sugar coated cereals, I would ask for oatmeal or shredded wheat instead. I was not born with a sweet tooth like most of my friends which I found out later that mom never fed us sugar, therefore we didn’t crave it. I have always listened to my body and would notice certain changes in it after eating certain types of foods, like how much energy I had, how I slept better, etc. I become more and more health conscious on what I put in my body and what I cooked for my family. As I got older I decided to help others (of the same age) eat more healthy because they seemed to have failing health so young. I went on a crusade (still on one) I became a Yoga teacher at 48, became a psychology of eating coach, and currently enrolled in the ACN (a Whole Plant Based Food Cooking/Nutrition school). I share my knowledge with others to become healthy with food and exercise without stress, willpower or challenges.
