As a scientist, dancer and fitness expert of 35 years I know the value of a plant-based nutrition and the negative impact that animal flesh has on our health. I am also very aware of the devastation to the environment, that non-plant agriculture brings to our planet, and I am concerned about the legacy our societies are leaving to our young. But as a citizen of this world I feel great compassion for the animals, the cruelty that so many are put through, to simply satisfy people’s palates and habits. I feel tremendous urgency to contribute to change this unethical exploitation of animals. This urgency has impelled me to expand my fitness program towards health coaching in order to educate and support people into a plant-based nutrition.
Guidance and support for grandmothers to help their grandchildren develop healthy eating habits based on a colorful and delicious nutrition of vegetables and fruits.
