Hello. I Grew up living on an orchard in Sunnyvale California with fresh fruits and vegetables. Learned to cook Konkani Indian food from my grandmother and took classes at Culinary Institute locally in Napa. I Have a masters and doctoral degree in public health/ epidemiology and another in medicine and specialize in obesity medicine and lifestyle medicine. I run a medically supervised weight clinic. After becoming a doctor, life got busy and hectic with family and work. Now reclaiming my own health and on a mission to prescribe plants, exercise and stress reduction to my patients. Food is medicine and exercise is medicine
