I seek to motivate and educate to empower clients to make health behavior changes to reach their goals through lifestyle changes including a plant based eating plan. I encourage clients to view change as a creative process and challenge rather than a restrictive and negative one.
I seek to motivate, educate and empower clients to achieve their health behavior changes. Through my diverse educational and professional background, I work with clients to modify their eating habits, begin and/or improve their fitness routines. I employ motivational interviewing and behavioral/cognitive counseling to partner with them in their journey. I encourage them to view these changes as a creative process and challenge.
