Jackie Topol, MS, RD, CSO, CDN, CLT is a registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and is an Integrative Dietitian at Integrative Health and Wellbeing at Weill Cornell Medicine (www.nyp.org/integrativehealth).
In her free time, you’ll find her in the kitchen with her students at the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan where she has been an culinary instructor since 2007. Jackie is passionate about sharing her knowledge of nutrition through her therapeutic cooking classes that feature foods that prevent diseases and promote good health.
Jackie has led a plant-based life for nearly 20 years.
