Emma Malina is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in Plant-based Nutrition Education, Food Literacy & hands-on Cooking Classes. Emma is certified in Plant-based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center For Nutrition Studies at Cornell and a Licensed Food For Life Instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine in Washington, DC. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Emma also offers group coaching, employee wellness programs and kids cooking classes. Through her association with the Physicians Committee, Emma also teaches the full series of Food for Life classes dedicated to Diabetes Prevention, Cancer Prevention, Weightloss, Employee Wellness, and Kids Health throughout the greater Santa Barbara area.
