I have used nutrition and healthy eating as a foundation of my practice since I began in 2000. After thoroughly investigating every possible “healthy diet” you can think of, I have no doubt that a nutrient dense, whole food, plant-based diet is the way to go.
My passion in my practice is to do my part in helping prevent and treat the key chronic health challenges that plaque adults and children in the 21st century, using interventions that are natural, normal and needed by the body (vs toxic, foreign and harmful to it).
Plants, movement, sleep, love and laughter are the most important tools of all!
