I provide family/internal medicine care with an emphasis on plant-based nutrition. I have a background in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care, where I still work some shifts to maintain these skills. I practice what I preach and follow the plant-based lifestyle myself in addition to being very active in bodybuilding, mountain biking, and other sports. In addition to relying primarily on diet and exercise to treat and prevent disease and only using prescriptions when it is truly necessary, I can help you achieve your fitness goals with years of personal experience in the dieting and exercise regimens necessary to excel, especially in building lean muscle mass and losing fat.
